Welcome to Lernzo! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lernzo platform, including the website, student dashboard, lessons, homework, and associated services. By using Lernzo, you agree to these Terms.

1. User Accounts

• Users can register as Students, Teachers, or Admins.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify Lernzo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Platform Use

• Lernzo provides educational content and tools for students.
• You may not:
  • Use the platform for illegal purposes.
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
  • Interfere with the platform’s functionality or security.

3. Ads and Monetization

• Lernzo displays non-skippable video ads and sticky ads.
• Users must comply with the ad rules; you may not block or bypass ads.
• Lernzo is not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on Lernzo is owned by Lernzo or licensed to Lernzo.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal educational purposes.

5. Liability Limitations

• Lernzo is not responsible for:
  • Any errors in content.
  • Losses due to platform downtime.
  • Third-party service interruptions or ad content.
• Lernzo provides the platform “as-is” without warranties.

6. Account Termination

• Lernzo may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of Terms, misuse of content, or unauthorized activities.

7. Changes to Terms

Lernzo may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
